Eligibility

The Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18+ who accept these Terms and Conditions, hold a TianTian Rewards Digital Card and have registered for the Lucky Draw through the Online Web Form (https://www.tiantian.london/lucky-draw-register).

 

Entry Period

The Promotion will commence at 00:01 (BST) on 4th September 2023 and will close at 23:59 (BST) on 17th September 2023.

 

Prize

There are Ten (10) sets of Maxim White Lotus Seed Paste with 2 Egg Yolks + 1 unit of Premium Tea Leaves.

 

Prizes are only available for pick up in-stores starting from 27 September to 1 October 2023.

 

The prizes are non-exchangeable, not redeemable for cash and not covered by Tian Tian Market’s Returns and Exchanges Policy.

Tian Tian Market reserves the right to final discretion of prize substitution according to stock availability.

 

Entry

To “ENTER” into the Lucky Draw, Participants must enter their details into the Online Web Form using their Name, Email and Membership Number. Each time a Participant makes an in-store transaction during the Promotion Period AND scans their TianTian Rewards Digital Card, the transaction will be recorded against their TianTian Rewards Digital Card. 

No minimum spend required.

Any transactions or purchases made after the Entry Period will not generate an entry.

 

Entries that are incomplete or damaged will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of Entries.

Participants must not impersonate or misrepresent as another person or provide fraudulent or misleading information.

 

Tian Tian Market reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify Entries which it considers do not comply with these Terms and Conditions and the right to undertake all reasonable actions necessary to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid entries including, without limitation, to request further verification as to your identity, age, and other relevant details.

 

Winner Selection

Prizes will be awarded on a ranked basis where participants with more purchase transactions will be prioritised. 

 

Winners will be informed via email by 20 September 2023; and Winners are required to reply with the required information by the following Monday (25 September 2023) or be considered to forfeit their prize.

 

General

Tian Tian Market shall not be liable for any interruption to the Promotion whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond Tian Tian Market’s control.

 

Tian Tian Market reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to modify and change these Terms and Conditions at any time. 

 

Tian Tian Market will not be responsible or liable for; (a) any failure to receive Entries due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or Entries; (c) any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Tian Tian Market; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Lucky Draw. 

 

Tian Tian Market reserves the right to final decision and final interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.
