1.Gift cards CANNOT be returned or exchanged after purchase.

2.The Tian Tian Market gift card can only be redeemed in physical Tian Tian Market stores.

3.Protect your gift card and treat it as cash; lost, stolen or damaged cards will not be replaced or exchanged.

4.This gift card will expire 24 months from the date of purchase and any unspent balance will be reduced to nil and forfeited.

5.This gift card cannot be exchanged for cash. We do not give change, cash or debit/ credit card refunds on gift card transactions.

6.Only product exchanges are possible, in accordance with our Returns Policy.

7.Any balance remaining on the gift card may be applied to future purchases, provided that the gift card has not expired.

8.All gift card transactions, in full or partial, will fall under Tian Tian Market’s Gift Card T&Cs.

9.Tian Tian Market’s Loyalty Programme cannot be used in conjunction with the purchase of gift cards, including accumulating and using point credits.
