• The Tian Tian Loyalty Programme is our member reward scheme which allows you to collect loyalty points whenever you spend at any of our Tian Tian Market stores and get the chance to receive first-hand information on our exclusive offers and promotions.
• When you sign up, you will receive a digital membership card in the form of a QR code to be saved to your preferred digital wallet (Google/ Apple Wallet).
• Registration is completely free of charge!
• You will be able to sign up by filling out your information on our website here:
• You can start collecting points once you receive your Digital Loyalty Card. Scan your Digital Loyalty Card at checkout to collect 1 point for every £1 spent, and get £1 credit for every 100 points collected.
• After successfully submitting the registration form, it generally takes 3-5 working days to receive the Digital Loyalty Card in your email.
• If you have not received your Digital Loyalty Card within that time period, the email might have been delivered to your Spam mailbox. You may also try searching for the following keywords:
• “Your Digital Card”
• “Tian Tian Market”'
• “no-reply@passkit.io”
• When you receive the email containing your Digital Loyalty Card, there should be a “Save to Phone” button which allows you to add the Digital Loyalty Card to your Apple/ Google wallet.
• Unfortunately, we are only able to credit points when you scan your Digital Loyalty Card during checkout due to data privacy protection reasons.
• All Loyalty Points expire at the end of each year. The remaining points would not be carried into the next year for accumulation.
• You can know how many Loyalty Points you have by asking a member of staff in-store.
• Your accumulated Loyalty Points should also be listed at the bottom of your receipt after a purchase.
