  • Your TianTian Rewards digital card can only be used at Tian Tian Market stores in the UK. 

  • Your points and credits cannot be exchanged, refunded, replaced or redeemed for cash. 

  • Points can only be collected upon presenting your TianTian Rewards digital card during checkout. Kindly note that points from purchases made before your TianTian Rewards digital card has been issued will not be credited to your account. 

  • TianTian Rewards digital cards are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other cards. You must not impersonate or misrepresent yourself as another person and we reserve the right to reject, block or deactivate your membership which is suspected to be an impersonation, misrepresentation or misappropriation of another person’s name or identity.

  • Any unspent points will expire on January 1st of each year and will not carry over to the following year.
